| Ken Ogden, CPCU, CIC - Owner |

Ken Ogden started as a campus agent for Provident Mutual
at the University of Minnesota in 1969. He joined the
Oakley National Investors Group in 1977 and purchased
the agency in 1988. Ken received his Bachelor of Science
degree in business in 1970, continued his education earning
the Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1985
and Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter designation
in 1998.
Ken and his wife Lynn live near Buffalo. Describing insurance
as a care giving profession, Ken states, "We help
people in their most difficult times. No other business
provides the amount of money required to help put their
lives back together."

| Kelly Bruggeman - Property & Casualty,
Life & Health |

Kelly Bruggeman has been in the insurance business since
1983. Licensed in both Life and Health as well as Property
and Casualty, she is able to serve all clients insurance
needs.
She is proud of the Insurance Center’s strong philosophy
of quality customer service and the focus to detail and
accurately understanding client needs. Paying attention
to detail and getting the right information is the key
to building successful personal relations with clients
and finding them the right insurance protection for their
individual lifestyle.
Kelly lives in Annandale with her husband Steve and two
sons. She is a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys traveling
with her family. She is very active in the Annandale community,
her church and the Boy Scouting program.

| Tara Munsterteiger, CISR - Property &
Casualty |

Tara Munsterteiger started working at the Insurance Center
in 1988. Tara is a Property/Casualty licensed agent. She
obtained the Certified Insurance Service Representative
designation in 1990.
Tara’s primary duties include assisting clients
with questions, changes and any problems that may arise.
Tara enjoys working with clients and answering any questions
they may have in regards to their insurance needs. If
someone says they have a stupid question, her response
is no question is stupid. We like it when we are asked
questions, then we know the client is becoming more knowledgeable
about their insurance needs.
Tara and her husband Brian live near Monticello on a small
hobby farm. She enjoys gardening, needlepoint and working
with her husband on their small farm.

| Gary Trogstad - Commercial, Life & Health |

Gary Trogstad has been in the insurance industry since
1979. He joined the Insurance Center in 2001 and specializes
in commercial business insurance for property, liability,
auto and workers compensation along with providing employee
benefit solutions with Group Health, Dental, Life and
Disability.
Gary works closely with each client to provide them with
the proper coverage's for their specific insurance requirements.
Not everyone has the same needs so it is important to
tailor insurance to maximize their coverage at a competitive
price. Service after the sale is crucial to provide our
clients with "peace of mind."
Gary and his wife Lori have lived in Buffalo since 1990.
He is committed to supporting the area with his participation
in the Buffalo Rotary Club, Buffalo Area Chamber of Commerce
and various other community activities . He enjoys spending
time on the lake, playing golf and watching sports.

Karen joined the Insurance Center in 2005. Licensed in
both Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health,
she is able to serve all clients insurance needs. Karen's

changes and any problems that arise. Karen is working
towards her CISR designation. A
resident of Wright County since 1990, Karen lives in
Monticello with her three children.
